Our client, a world leader in Biotechnology & Biopharmaceuticals, is seeking an experienced "Business Analyst I - Veeva CRM (100% Remote".
Job Title: Business Analyst I - Veeva CRM (100% Remote)
Job Duration: Long Term Contract (Possibility Of Further Extension)
Responsibilities:
•Triage business requirements for CRM configuration from Sales Ops (i.e. ME) and translate them into requirements for our vendor support team to complete (i.e. Cognizant and VEEVA EAM)
•This includes JIRA ticket creation, progression through the lifecycle of tickets to completion, and answering development team's questions to keep work moving.
•Ability to delegate issues to various teams and manage the amount of work in a given sprint.
•Help with building out a backlog/roadmap of enhancements to better plan for future work.

-know what it will look for for user side
•Ability to lead daily standup calls with the VEEVA team to ensure issues are being worked on.
Experience:
•4-6 years supporting a Veeva CRM environment for commercial, marketing and medical teams.
•4-6 years' experience managing vendors that provide development and configuration support for the CRM system
•CRM Certifications preferred
•Sales Operations (commercial ops)
Education:
•BS required - Science related or Technical related - mechanical/engineering
Remote position - must work West Coast hours
