CEC Entertainment, the global leader in family entertainment and operator of Chuck E. Cheese and Peter Piper restaurants, invites you to bring your expertise as a CRM Manager to our dynamic marketing team. This position will be headquartered at our Corporate Support Center in Irving, Texas, and will report directly to the Senior Director of Brand Marketing. Growth opportunities are available within this role.
Essential Functions of the Position:
As the CRM Manager, you will spearhead our Email, SMS, and loyalty programs with a focus on data-driven strategies and customer engagement. You'll play an essential role in:
- Executing Campaigns: Develop and lead targeted Email and SMS initiatives to foster customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Optimizing Loyalty Programs: Continuously refine our loyalty program to elevate customer retention and lifetime value metrics.
- Driving Data Analysis: Employ analytics tools and consumer insights to pinpoint trends and areas needing enhancement in CRM activities.
- Implementing Segmentation: Utilize advanced customer segmentation and personalization techniques to ensure content relevance.
- Conducting A/B Testing: Oversee A/B tests to iterate and improve campaign messaging and effectiveness.
- Facilitating Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate closely with marketing, IT, and data analytics teams for seamless CRM program execution.
- Ensuring Regulatory Compliance: Maintain current knowledge of email and SMS marketing laws to guarantee compliance across all initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Educational Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related discipline.
- CRM Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRM management.
- Data Analytics: Demonstrable skill in utilizing data and customer insights to drive CRM outcomes.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced experience with email marketing platforms and A/B testing tools.
- CDP Experience: Prior work with Customer Data Platforms for unified data management.
- Coding Skills: Proficiency in HTML/CSS for email customization.
- Database Management: Ability to use SQL for customer segmentation.
- Email Deliverability: Acquaintance with best practices in email deliverability protocols and spam filters.
Physical Demands:
To perform the duties of this position, the incumbent must have the ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, twist, reach, and carry, lift, pull, push between 1 - 25 lbs. Incumbent must use a computer, with the repetitive movement of both hands. Incumbent must be able to work an 8-hour shift, with some overtime. Incumbent must also be available to travel to various locations by airplane or by operating a vehicle if needed.
