Job Description



Support Firm?s CRM and Marketing

Automation systems. The candidate

should have experience using cloudenabled CRM and Marketing Automation

platforms, and an understanding of how

such tools support enterprise marketing

and business strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:


-Timely management of response and completion

of inbound support tickets.

-Build and disseminate both standard and custom

reports based on user requests.

-Actively support the administrative operations of

Salesforce, the Firm's client relationship

management platform.

-Develop and maintain best practices for data

entry, quality, and comprehensiveness.

-Assist users with importing, exporting, and mass

updating of data.

-Sustain high data quality standards and support

ongoing data cleansing efforts.

-Understand Salesforce sharing and security

(roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing


Marketing Automation:

-Assist with the execution and reporting of

marketing campaigns within Pardot, the Firm?s

marketing automation platform.

-Coordinate marketing email and list creation,

event management, and registration.

-Create and maintain targeted practice, industry,

and ad hoc mailing lists, working with practice

group leaders and marketing managers.

-Build formatted emails, forms, and landing pages

in accordance with brand guidelines and industry

best practices.

Qualifications (continued):

-Pardot or similar marketing automation

platform experience.

-HTML & CSS proficiency.

relationships related to an org data


-Understand how our CRM and

Marketing Automation Platform

supports larger department and Firm

-Demonstrate a passion for learning

and staying up to date with new

technology, inspiring others within the

organization to do the same.

-Develop data-supported

recommendations for system

improvement, process improvements,

and issue resolution as needed.

-Support pilot rollouts.

-Anticipate user needs and preempt

potential issues.

-Demonstrate enthusiasm towards

continued personal/professional


Excellent communication skills and a

proven track record of working in a

collaborative team environment.

Duties and Responsibilities (continued):

-Troubleshoot email and form-related formatting

issues including editing html and understanding

the prospect audit trail.

-Maintain compliance with privacy and anti-spam

laws and regulations.

Training and Ongoing Support:

-Ability to troubleshoot problems and implement

suitable solutions in a timely manner.

-Provide training to current and new users,

ensuring compliance with data quality standards.

-Assist in the development and updating of

CRM/MA related training and reference


-Provide ongoing support and training to end

users, including the creation and delivery of

workshop materials, demoing new features, and

documentation maintenance.

Continuous Learning:

-Commitment to obtaining job/industry relevant


-Subscribe and consume Salesforce related

blogs, newsletters.

-Active Trailhead User.

-Other responsibilities as assigned and required.

-Timely and regular attendance.
