CRM Specialist Position
Are you a passionate CRM nerd with an eye for developing and executing cutting-edge email campaigns? We're searching for a CRM Specialist who thrives on seeing campaigns come alive, from the initial brainstorming to the final analytics review. If you're someone who gets excited about discussing the nuances of iOS15's impact on open rates or experimenting with CTA wording you might be exactly who we need.
Role Overview:
As our CRM Specialist, you'll be instrumental in coordinating our client's CRM initiatives, focusing predominantly on email marketing strategies. You'll collaborate closely with teams specializing in email design, development, and deployment, ensuring that every email goes out perfectly and on-time.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate inter-team and inter-agency collaboration to bring to life both one-off email campaigns and multi-phased email journeys.
Contribute to the content planning process including ideating on topics and providing strategic direction for the email channel
Assist with data collection and activation strategy to create highly personalized email and other digital touchpoints
Manage client communication and client creative approval process
Seamlessly manage the lifecycle of CRM marketing campaigns ensuring timely deployment, overseeing creative and development phases, and ensuring top-notch quality in every communication.
Champion the execution of A/B creative tests and offer insights from the results.
Assist the Associate CRM Director in gathering engagement metrics and crafting insightful performance reports.
Stay updated with the latest email marketing practices, trends, and technological innovations.
Skills & Experience:
1-2 years of email marketing experience (Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience a plus)
Customer Data Platform experience (Blueconic experience a plus)
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Strong presentation skills.
Familiarity with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
Ability to prioritize and deliver work on time, even with tight deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively within a team environment.
