We’re looking for a talented, multi-faceted CRM Systems Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in optimizing our tools for monitoring marketing initiatives and reporting metrics to stakeholders. You will play a vital role in maintaining, enhancing, and customizing our CRM system to support our value-based healthcare initiatives and improve the overall customer experience. This role also involves spearheading sales-related analysis and working collaboratively within the analytics team to develop and maintain databases, meaningful reports, and business intelligence tools.
Zoho CRM Administration: Responsible for the daily management and ongoing refinement of our newly implemented Zoho CRM. This includes ensuring data accuracy, managing dashboards and workflows, constructing reports, and tailoring the tool to meet user requirements.
Patient Panel Growth Reporting: Deliver analysis and tracking of panel growth utilizing payer roster data.
SQL and Visual Data Reporting Dashboards: Work with raw data to analyze trends and create custom dashboards for reporting analytics to appropriate stakeholders.
Insightful Analysis: Utilize existing datasets to uncover insights and patterns that can accelerate new patient acquisition growth, and improve retention.
Incentive Compensation Reporting: Manage the sales incentive compensation reporting program.
ROI Analysis: Calculate cost per patient and conduct ROI analyses for sales initiatives and campaigns.
Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned and modified at the manager’s discretion.
Education and Work Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., finance, accounting, information systems/sciences) or equivalent work experience (with a minimum of 3+ years in a quantitative/analytics role).
Experience working directly within a CRM is a must have.
Preferred experience in Medicare Advantage/Value-Based Care sales or sales/marketing within a physician office setting.
Experience with Zoho CRM or equivalent experience with working with other CRMs such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
Proficiency in SQL is a plus - familiarity with relational database concepts and exposure to writing SQL statements.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, data visualization, advanced formulas, and cloud-based collaboration techniques (shared spreadsheets, surveys, etc.)
Strong analytical skills encompassing data mining, data manipulation, report development, and visualization.
Experience with business intelligence tools is a plus (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.)
Knowledge of other Microsoft Office Suite products (Outlook, Word, & Teams)
Fluency in spoken and written English

Ability and willingness to travel locally, regionally, and nationwide up to 10% of the time. This opportunity is in-office, with hybrid opportunities after training and experience within the organization is acquired.
