Responsibilities
Complete functional knowledge of end-to-end CBP/TPM process
Brings CRM master data / cross functional knowledge/ Promo and CBP process knowledge / Execution and settlement process knowledge, sound system config/ technical knowledge, include promo approval, PMDC etc.
Determines impact to integration with pricing / condition types/ OTC process/ Condition contract
Works with CRM/TFM/ TCM offshore team effectively.
Supplements the team with knowledge of CRM BAdIs, CRM-UI(UI5) and other ABAP objects
Analyze current setup for cross brand template and work with TPM lead to determine CRM side impact for product / customer master data, territory management / responsibility areas, planning layouts and overall design.
Collaborate with TPM lead in documenting the blueprint for roll out to other brand(s) and prepare detailed functional and technical design, conduct demos and workshops as necessary.
Develop the solution working with offshore development team
Tests the entire solution end-to-end
Works with BW IMP consultant to evaluate potential planning layout related BAdi/ changes needed
Skills:
Function CRM/TPM
2 Full TPM + CBP end-to-end Implementation
Knowledge of all CRM BADIs
Very GOOD Functional & customer facing skills for blueprint
Document all requirements
