Overview: We are looking for a Salesforce Manager, with previous commercial experience in managing Salesforce technology teams and leading modernization and adoption efforts, to join our CRM Solutions team. The CRM Solutions team team is responsible for the CRM Solutions specifically positioned for the Retail business unit but also for leading efforts to centralize CRM solutions and activities across the company. Responsibilities: Direct oversight of the day to day activities and management of the Marketing Cloud and Sales/Service technology teams Oversight of the technology roadmap project deliviery Drive modernization of current implementation and improved monitoring & stability of the platform Plan and execute a multi org strategy Assist in designing and implementing a holistic data strategy within CRM, working closely with other teams within the company Plan and execute efforts to centralize CRM activities across the organization Qualifications: 3-5 years managing Salesforce Technology teams 7-10 years hands on Salesforce exeperience (Sales/Service/Marketing Clouds) Experience working with multi org solutions Ability to work cloesely with product teams and other technology teams across the company Ability to work with teams across multiple locations and timezones Experience with Salesforce DataCloud - Preferred Experience with Salesforce CRMA - Preferred Experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud - Preferred
