IPG Photonics is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our expanding IT team and work in a growing, dynamic, high-tech manufacturing company. As a CRM technical lead, you will help design, develop, diagnose and support our Microsoft CRM environment. The ideal candidate is a flexible, driven, diligent worker that is able to analyze the environment both as a whole and in detail to provide necessary business systems and services to end users.
Duties:
- Experience in migrating applications from an on-prem to an Online Dynamics environment
- Experience in migrating large scale deployments for Dynamics 365 CRM
- Deep understanding of D365 capabilities, architecture, and deployment of online solutions
- Working Experience with development of Java Script web resources and HTML web resources using Angular, jQuery etc...
- Should have development experience of CRM forms, screens, views, workflows and dashboards
- Working experience with design and development of plugins, custom workflows, power apps, Power Automate, Azure functions, Logic Apps
- Should have experienced on preparing technical and requirement design documents
- Should have 2+ years of Azure Cloud experience
- Should have experience with performance Tuning and Stabilization Activities for CRM applications
- Ability to clearly articulate the vision for Dynamics CRM Solutions with the project team and the ability to solve problems related to both system and environmental limitations to provide solutions that match customer requirements
- Strong understanding of the core D365 CRM modules with functional knowledge of the entire product suite; one or more D365 certifications is preferred
- Should have experience with application administration and Deployment activities
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM Integration and Integration Tools experience a plus
