Are you passionate about understanding customer behavior, unlocking motivation, and delivering exceptional experiences? Reporting to the Director, Brand Management and serving as the subject matter expert in the Brand/Marketing Dept of Sonny's Franchise Company, the Manager, CRM & Loyalty helps drive and execute strategies that leverage data-driven insights to deliver exceptional customer experiences. He/she drives incremental revenue & customer engagement through a multi-channel strategy, and overall manages campaign execution for all CRM and Loyalty initiatives for the Sonny's brand. This role is integral in identifying and prioritizing key segments and critical moments in the customer lifecycle to foster deeper relationships between the customer and the brand. He/she will be responsible for leveraging Sonny's CRM database to segment and deliver personalized communications and will work collaboratively to launch personalized experiences for Sonny's Guests. The ideal candidate is passionate about retention marketing, optimizing the Guest journey, and enjoys problem-solving their way into ROI positive campaigns. The Manager, CRM & Loyalty collaborates and partners with stakeholders across the Company including franchisees, vendors, agencies, and senior leaders, and must be an outstanding communicator in both oral and written forms, He/she must have experience interfacing with cross-functional teams. This role requires a clear understanding of the technology behind loyalty systems, CRM platforms, POS systems and databases. He/she will think strategically, critically, and creatively to present optimal development strategies and tactics, and at the same time be able to roll up his/her sleeves and hit the ground running to execute with an extreme sense of urgency. This role requires someone who is curious and analytical with a proven track record of turning data-driven insights into actionable plans and tactics. In addition to Sonny's specific office and role requirements the Manager, CRM & Loyalty must have the ability to travel "as needed" to company events or franchise locations.
