Who We Are Looking For
The Manager of CRM & Retention plays an essential role in developing and supporting Thrive Causemetics' CRM strategies. This data-driven, customer-focused individual will lead our growing CRM team whose objective is to understand customer behaviors that drive long term value, loyalty, and engagement and to identify opportunities for personalization across the customer lifecycle.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Oversee planning, forecasting, and development of CRM programs across multiple marketing channels: Email, SMS, Direct Mail
- Develop & refine CRM strategies to drive revenue & retention growth MoM & YoY focusing on customer lifecycle management while reducing churn & blast email campaigns
- Drive personalization across email, site, and display through custom audiences, journeys, and customer lifecycle stages
- Maintain a close relationship with the internal Data team to identify growth opportunities and turn data into action
- Manage and a high performing team to support company initiatives & goals
- Collaborate to develop 12-month day by day marketing calendar, promotions, subscriptions, and loyalty programs
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Ecommerce, Giving, Customer Experience, Growth, Data, Operations, and all product owners to support various business needs
- Managing outside vendor relationships & contracts to create efficiencies
What Will Make You Stand Out:
- Bachelors' Degree in relevant field
- 5-7 years CRM and Loyalty Marketing experience, preferably a minimum of 2 years at the Manager level in customer marketing, CRM, and/or analytics
- Solid understanding of eCommerce business and metrics required; experience in DTC marketing and how CRM plays into the broader customer journey
- Passionate about using data to derive insights and build strategies that solve business problems
- Ability to review metrics, analyze, draw conclusions and recommend immediate actionCritical thinker with the curiosity and willingness to experiment and validate through testing
- Solid understanding and experience with audience segmentation, outlining customer journeys and omnichannel activation
- Proven ability to evaluate, implement and manage external partners, technologies and solutions to ensure top value and performance for the organization
- Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, communication, and writing skillsTrack record of building and managing highly productive and successful teamsManaging Domestic & International omni-channel CRM programs: Email, SMS, Direct Mail, etc

The base pay range for this role is $100,000 - $130,000, with the following factors determining the base pay at offer: skills, qualifications, experience. This range provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. Additionally, this role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance.
