An Enterprise Commercial Trucking Company in the North East San Antonio area is seeking a Remote Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer to join their Application Development organization. The primary responsibilities of this role include designing, developing, testing, and deploying software applications and solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform. The developer will also customize and extend the functionality of Power Apps through the use of formulas, workflows, and plugins. They will integrate Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Apps applications with external systems and data sources, such as SAP, SharePoint, SQL databases, and implement security and access controls to protect sensitive data within Microsoft Power Platform. The developer will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Apps applications, addressing any issues or bugs that arise. They will stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in the Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, and Power Platform ecosystem, and collaborate with other developers and team members to share knowledge, best practices, and code reviews. The developer will work with partial autonomy with technical teams in designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform based solutions including such technologies as Visual Studio, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET WebAPI, Razor, Entity Framework HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Azure Functions, SQL (SP, SSIS, SSRS), Management Studio, TFS. They will provide consultancy and support for all initiatives that have a need to integrate data or systems or other web resources into new or existing web applications, and support existing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM/Power Platform based production solutions, including problem resolution, monitoring, performance management, and capacity management.

Required Skills & Experience

* 4+ years of experience in designing, coding, implementing, and supporting technologies around: Dynamics 365 CRM Field Service, Sales, Customer Service

* In- depth knowledge and experience in Web development front-end languages and frameworks including: C#, JavaScript, ASP.NET WebAPI, ASP.NET MVC, HTML, SQL Server, XML, JSON

* Experience in using Azure services for integration, Power Apps and Power Automate for upstream/downstream systems integrations

* Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and frameworks, Scrum/ Kanban

* Proficient in internet based infrastructure, technology and concepts in a large corporate web environment, with the ability to grasp quickly new technologies, applications and concepts, and apply them as required.

* Document experience designing, developing and delivering solutions using a wide range of enterprise applications, using custom and/or packaged product approaches.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or Computer Engineering.
