Job Description:
Our client is looking for an experienced marketing leader to play a pivotal role in developing and executing their CRM strategy, leveraging the power of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to deliver personalized and data-driven marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for driving customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty through effective CRM programs, ensuring a seamless customer experience at every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support retail business through customer retention strategies.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Expertise: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation campaigns, including email marketing, customer journeys, and personalized messaging.
- CRM Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy, aligning it with the company's business objectives and customer segmentation.
- Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to identify customer trends, preferences, and behavior, and translate this knowledge into actionable strategies for personalized customer interactions.
- Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis, to drive ROI and achieve KPIs.
- Customer Segmentation: Implement advanced customer segmentation strategies to target the right audience with the right message, at the right time.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, IT, and Analytics, to ensure CRM initiatives are integrated seamlessly across the organization.
- Reporting and Optimization: Monitor and report on campaign performance and continuously optimize CRM strategies based on insights and feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure all CRM activities adhere to data protection regulations and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 6+ years experience in digital marketing.
- 3+ years working as a CRM Manager.
- Extensive expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign development, journey builder, and automation tools.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- A track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and best practices.
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
