Fitch Solutions is currently seeking a Senior Director, CRM Operations based out of our New York office.
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Senior Director of CRM Operations to own the strategic management and operational oversight of our CRM systems to drive sales productivity and business growth at Fitch Solutions and oversee a team responsible for administrative tasks related to client management. The successful candidate will lead a team to handle day-to-day operations and set the roadmap for our CRM.

We’ll Count on You to Accomplish (Key Results Area):
Oversee the operation and development of the CRM system, ensuring it remains efficient, effective, and aligned with business needs.
Develop and implement robust CRM strategies in partnership with the Technology team.
Collaborate with various departments (Sales, Marketing, IT, etc.) to integrate CRM operations across the company.
Oversee and manage team responsible for administrative tasks related to client management, ensuring the team meet or exceed SLAs and delivers exceptional client experience.
Lead and manage the CRM team, providing guidance and setting clear objectives and provide leadership to the broader Revenue Operations team, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
What You Need to Have:
Proven experience in CRM Operations, Revenue/Sales Operations, or Data Analytics.
Expert knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
Experience in integrating multiple CRMs.
Preferably extensive knowledge of sales principles and practices.
Strong knowledge of data privacy regulations and data security best practices.
What Would Make You Stand Out:
Direct experience as owner of projects involving integration of multiple CRMs.
Working knowledge of data and visualization tools (e.g., CRM Analytics, Power BI, SQL, Python, etc.).
Demonstrated experience managing projects, end to end, from design to delivery.
Passion for learning new systems, processes, and tools.

FOR NEW YORK ROLES ONLY: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $185,000 and $230,000 per year. Actual salaries will be determined on an individualized basis and may vary based on factors including but not limited to education, training, experience, past performance, and other job-related factors. Base pay is one part of Fitch’s total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, long-term incentives, and other benefits sponsored by Fitch.
