You will be executing the campaigns from ideation to launch, which means you have great project management and problem solving skills, as the role also involves thinking fast and shipping effectively. Responsibilities
Calendar planning and execution - for all CRM channels (email, push, app, sms & web), always identifying cross-channel synergies from national brand calendar
Content planning and management - in partnership with external agencies & internal stakeholder teams, including copy, creative and legal requirements
Campaign project management - campaign briefing, development and execution across channels, including ability to operate CRM tools and know your way around the platforms to QA campaigns in prep for launch
Test and learn - ensuring all content & campaigns are constantly improved based on feedback from campaign measurement analytics
Campaign ideas, plans, briefs, guidelines and best practices
Calendar feasibility, timeline, execution and deadlines
Creative command over CRM communication across all channels
What we expect from you
Education: Bachelors Degree
Additional education information (major, etc.): Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration or Communications preferred
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and digital project management
3+ years of related experience in a QSR/food brand or an equivalent agency role catering to CRM channels for clients - executing campaign calendars working cross-functionally
Experience in enterprise CRM programs (Specifically, Braze environment) standing up campaigns as well as deep knowledge of CRM tech stack
Strong attention to detail, creative thinking, excellent verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasker, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong tendency to take ownership and accountability, ability to execute with minimal resources and self-starter
Experience operating in a rewards/offers/loyalty programs environment
Travel: 10%
Pay Range: $73,000 - $124,000 Annually
